Partners and platforms
Where we hold formal partner status, and where we simply build well on something. We distinguish between the two, because most agencies don’t.
Formal partnerships
| Partner | Status | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| [PARTNER] | [TIER / STATUS] | [What the status actually grants — support access, sandbox, co-sell, certification] |
| [PARTNER] | [TIER / STATUS] | [As above] |
[Partner badges to be placed here once status is confirmed. We will not display a badge we have not earned.]
Platforms we build on without a partnership
- Orchestration: LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Anthropic tool use, CrewAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Cloud: AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI
- Voice: Deepgram, LiveKit, Vapi, Retell
- Evaluation: LangSmith, Langfuse, Braintrust
- Retrieval: pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate
Building competently on a platform is not a partnership, and we won’t imply it is. The full stack, with our reasoning for each choice, is published.
Working with us as a partner
We take referral relationships with consultancies, systems integrators and platform vendors whose clients need agent work they don’t build themselves.
We also refer out — regularly. If a vertical product or a horizontal platform serves a client better than a custom build, we say so, and we’d rather send the work to someone we trust.
