Careers
Small team, senior only, no juniors to hand work to.
The short version: small team, senior only, no juniors to hand work to. You scope it, you build it, and you’ll stand on the sites you build for.
What working here is actually like
- You scope it and you build it. No throwing a spec over a wall. The person who sits with the client in the audit is the person who ships the agent.
- You’ll be on site. Mine sites, terminals, workshops, hotel back offices. You cannot design an agent for a workflow you’ve only had described to you, and we don’t try.
- Fixed prices mean honest scoping. You’ll be asked what something really takes, and the answer is used. Sandbagging and heroics are both problems.
- Evaluation is not optional here. If you think eval suites are something you add if there’s time, this will be frustrating for you.
Open roles
No open roles right now. That changes when the right person appears rather than when a req opens — if you've shipped agents to production and the way we work sounds right, get in touch anyway. The strongest people we'll ever hire won't arrive through a job ad.
What we look for
- You’ve shipped agents to production, not just prototypes
- You can describe how you’d detect quality drift three months post-launch
- You’re comfortable saying a project shouldn’t happen
- You’d rather solve an unglamorous problem well than a fashionable one badly
What we don’t require
Degrees, specific frameworks, or a particular number of years. Show us something you shipped.
