A booking agent for a fictional trades business. Try to break it: interrupt it, change your mind mid-sentence, ask for something it doesn’t offer, mumble your address. It escalates when it should, which is the part worth watching.
Document agent — upload something
Drop in an invoice, a permit, a spec extract or a delivery docket. Watch it extract, validate against a rule set, and flag what’s missing. Nothing is retained — files are processed in memory and discarded.
Workflow agent — watch a run
A recorded trace of a live agent handling an exception end-to-end: trigger, reasoning, tool calls, confidence score, and the escalation decision. This is what you’d see in your own observability dashboard.
What these demos deliberately don’t do
They don’t touch a real system of record, and they’re tuned conservatively. A production agent for your business would be more capable and more specific, because it would know your data, your rules and your edge cases.
If a demo agent looks perfect, be suspicious. Demo agents are easy. Production agents that survive contact with real customers and real exceptions are the hard part.
