The DeityLabs Audit

$5,000. Five working days. A deliverable, not a proposal.

The short version: five working days, a fixed price, and a deliverable — a ranked map of every workflow in your business worth automating, with integration feasibility tested against your live systems. If you build with us, the fee is credited. If you don’t, the document is still yours.

Last updated:

Most agencies open with a discovery call and disappear for six weeks. You get a slide deck and a number you can’t verify. We open with work.

What you get

A written Agent Opportunity Map covering:

  1. 01

Every candidate workflow in your business, documented — what it is, who does it, how often, how long it takes.

  2. 02

Ranked by recoverable hours, so you can see where the money actually is rather than where the excitement is.

  3. 03

Integration feasibility per workflow — which of your systems expose the APIs required, and which don’t. This is where most agent projects die, and finding out now costs you five days instead of five months.

  4. 04

A fixed build estimate for each workflow, so you can budget without another sales cycle.

  5. 05

An honest disqualification list — the workflows that shouldn’t be automated, and the ones where an off-the-shelf product beats a custom build. We’ll name the product.

How the five days work

Day What happens
01 Kickoff. Systems inventory, access review, stakeholder interviews.
02 Workflow shadowing. We watch the actual work, not the documented version.
03 Integration testing. We check what your systems will genuinely allow.
04 Modelling. Hours, costs, risk and build effort per workflow.
05 Delivery and walkthrough. You get the document and a session to argue with it.

What we need from you

  • —Two hours of a senior operator’s time on days 1 and 2
  • —Read access to the systems in scope
  • —Permission to observe the work being done

That’s it. No preparation, no pre-work, no data room.

What it costs, and what happens to the fee

$5,000, fixed. Not an estimate, not a range, not plus expenses.

If you proceed to a build, the full audit fee is credited against it. If you don’t, you keep the document and owe nothing further — including the integration findings, which are useful to whoever you hire instead.

Why we charge for it

Three reasons, stated plainly:

It’s real work.

Five days of senior engineering time producing something you can act on.

It filters.

Businesses that won’t pay for a diagnostic won’t pay for a build, and we’d both rather find out now.

It makes the quote honest.

Agencies that scope for free are guessing, and the guess is priced defensively. We quote from evidence.

Frequently asked questions

What if the audit concludes we shouldn’t build anything?

Then it says so, and it explains why. That’s happened and it will happen again. You’ve spent $5,000 to avoid spending far more, which is a good outcome.

Can you audit a single department rather than the whole business?

Yes, and for larger organisations that’s usually better. Scope it to one function and go deep.

Do we have to use you for the build?

No. The document is yours. It’s written to be useful to any competent engineering team.

How is this different from a free consultation?

A free consultation is a sales call with a slide deck. This is five days of engineering with a written deliverable and integration testing against your live systems.

What if our systems don’t have APIs?

The audit tells you that on day 3 rather than month 3. Where APIs don’t exist we document the alternatives and their real costs. Sometimes the answer is that the workflow isn’t automatable yet.
