What we write about
- Failure modes we’ve hit, and what fixed them
- Integration findings — which platforms behave as documented and which don’t
- Evaluation practice: building regression sets, detecting drift, surviving deprecation
- Where the market’s claims outrun the engineering
What we don’t write: news commentary on model releases, predictions, or anything where we’d be guessing.
Elsewhere
For structured reference rather than notes, the guides are the better starting point.
What we publish here, and when
Each entry will come from work actually shipped or evaluated: a failure mode and what fixed it, an integration finding from a live platform, an evaluation practice that held up (or didn’t), or a place where the market’s claims outrun the engineering. Nothing gets published to fill a slot, and nothing goes up until it describes something we can demonstrate — the same evidence standard the case studies follow.
While this page is young, the guides are where the depth already lives: scoping agents that will actually reach production, building an evaluation suite from your own cases, what your systems will really allow, moving from pilot to production, and what changes in regulated and field operations. The glossary covers the terms used across the site. The published stack shows the engineering behind every claim on this page.
